Currently, all tourists entering Israel are required to be vaccinated for COVID19. If you are not vaccinated, and do not plan to be vaccinated before December, we recommend that you wait to register until the Israeli government rescinds this requirement. If you have recovered from COVID19, and therefore have not been vaccinated, it may be possible to take a serology test upon arrival in Israel to demonstrate antibodies (if this is your situation, please contact us before you register).

RATE WITH FLIGHTS INCLUDES:
  • Round-trip flights from Wichita to Tel Aviv
  • Airport meet and greet in Tel Aviv
  • Arrival & departure transfers
  • Nine nights’ accommodation in double rooms (additional payment for those requesting single rooms)
  • Israeli breakfast and dinner daily
  • Special meals: Bedouin lunch in the Negev and fish lunch at the Sea of Galilee
  • Nine touring days with a professional and licensed English-speaking guide
  • Air conditioned luxury tourist bus as per program
  • Entrance fees to sites mentioned in itinerary
  • Porterage at airport upon arrival and at hotels
  • Tips and gratuities for guide, driver, hotel staff and waiters for meals included in the itinerary
RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
  • Travel Cancellation Insurance for tour package or airfare (if applicable)
  • Medical insurance, valid in Israel
  • Passport and visa fees if applicable (US citizens do not need to pay for Israeli visas, which are given upon entrance to Israel)
  • Lunches (except Bedouin-style lunch and the St. Peter’s Fish lunch mentioned in the itinerary)
  • Sodas and alcohol with group meals and in the hotels.
  • All expenses of a personal nature, including COVID19-related tests that may be required before flights, or when entering Israel or returning to your home country.
BOOKINGS AND RATES
  • This tour requires a minimum of 20 paying participants in order for the quoted prices (flights and land tour) to be available. In case of less passengers, notification will be given regarding the increase in price per passenger.
  • If traveling “Land Only” please do not book your flights until “guaranteed departure” for the tour is confirmed.
  • Taxes & fuel surcharges for flights are subject to change until ticketed.
  • Changes can occur in hotels, along with changes in price.
  • If a roommate cannot be assigned or is not wanted, single-room rates will apply.
  • Registration should be done online before November 30, 2021.A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person, paid online, to Israel College of the Bible is required to secure registration. You will be directed to the payment site at the end of registration (PayPal or Credit Card). In the case that the tour needs to be cancelled due to lack of minimum participants on the day that registration closes, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • Those who registered for the March 2020 tour should indicate their desire to reregister on the online form (however, for renewed registrations the $200 registration fee is waived).
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION PENALTIES
PLEASE NOTE: A Deposit of $200 PER PERSON is required to confirm registration before November 30, 2021 and is non refundable. The deposit payment can be placed via Credit Card.
  • Final Payment should be made by December 15, 2021 by check to the office of West Evangelical Free Church.
  • 50 % of total tour cost will be charged if you cancel after December 15, 2021.
  • 100 % of total tour cost will be charged if cancellation occurs after Dec. 29, 2021.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance for your trip to Israel. Travel insurance usually covers your expenses in case of cancellation due to health and other issues. In addition, please check that your medical insurance covers you while you are in Israel and that it includes coverage for all COVID19-related medical expenses.

ICB Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, sickness, loss or damage to any person or property as a consequence of natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances or other factors over which the company has no control and cannot influence to change them. ICB Tours offers no coverage or compensation of any kind in cases stated above, nor for cancellations or inability to travel.
PASSENGER FITNESS
Travelling in Israel requires each participant to be in good health and able to walk, as many sites are unfortunately not accessible to people in wheelchairs or those who have difficulty walking. If there are any issues pertaining to your health or physical fitness, we ask that you consult with us prior to registration.
DOCUMENTS
A valid passport is required with an expiry date at least six months after date of returning home. It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain, at their own expense, the documents required to enter Israel according to citizenship (No visas are required for Israel if you are traveling on a US passport).
COVID-19 ADDENDUM

If you are not vaccinated, and do not plan to be vaccinated before March 2022, we recommend that you wait to register until the Israeli government rescinds this requirement.
 
  • Israel College of the Bible Study Tours (a department of DERECH EL, Israeli Association for Awareness of Biblical Roots, Registration Number 580-241-438) acts as agent for independent suppliers of services which are not directly provided by Derekh-El, such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises and other related services. Derekh-El cannot assume any liability for any actions taken on the part of the suppliers, or the government of Israel or other countries, which results in any loss, accident, delay, irregularity, damage, or injury to you or your traveling companions or group members for any reason whatsoever, including measures taken to contain the spreading of the COVID-19 virus. Furthermore, Derekh-El cannot assume any liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which is caused directly or indirectly by the COVID-19 virus, or any foreseen or unforeseen developments.
  • Derech El recommends that each participant of the tour frequent the Israel Ministry of Health website (English) for relevant updates concerning health and travel information: https://govextra.gov.il/ministry-of-health/corona/corona-virus-en/
  • By embarking on the tour, you assume all risks involved in such travel, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
 
  • Derech El reserves the right to cancel tours, or make changes to the itineraries, as it deems necessary or desirable – in accordance to Israeli government regulations, instructions, and recommendations. Derekh-El will honor any refunds pending under its existing agreements with above-mentioned suppliers. It is recommended that each member of the tour purchase appropriate insurance coverage to the extent available with respect to risks associated with your travel to Israel at this time. Your registration shall constitute an acceptance of and consent to the above terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
 
  • I hereby dismiss, release, and waive Derekh-El, (Israeli Association for Awareness of Biblical Roots, Registration Number 580-241-438) from all responsibility and/or liability and/or any legal action and/or demands of any kind for cancellations or any kind of additional expenses related to the flights to Israel and/or the tour and/or infection of the coronavirus and/or any costs associated thereby.
RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY
I agree to absolve and release Israel College of the Bible (“ICB”) their officers, directors, employees and Representatives from any claims, demands for damages, injury, accident, loss or death arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of the participant’s attendance on the Holy Land tour. I understand that ICB Tours acts only as an agent for the independent suppliers therefore cannot be held responsible for their acts and omissions. ICB Tours assumes no responsibility or liability resulting out of injury, damage, loss, accident, death, delays, or failure of any means. Travelers are advised that they are traveling at their own risk and that ICB Tours is providing a service to facilitate the requests of travelers. ICB Tours will not accept any responsibility for claims of losses, damage, cost and expense due to delay or changes in transportation schedules or to any other causes. All information and descriptions of properties and services were accurate at the time of printing. Any subsequent modifications are beyond ICB Tours responsibility. Prices are subject to change due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.
