Therefore, do not book flight tickets until notified that the group is “guaranteed departure”, meaning, the minimum of 20 people have registered. Changes can occur in hotels, along with changes in price should cancellations occur (changing the group size) before departure date. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION PENALTIES PLEASE NOTE: The Deposit of $200 PER PERSON at the time of registration is non refundable. (UNLESS the tour is cancelled for lack of participants, or due to renewed COVID-19 restrictions by the Israeli government that make the tour impossible.
