Please choose flights that arrive on April 7 before 10am (for the morning transfer) or before 3pm (for the afternoon transfer). For departure, please choose flights that depart from Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv after 10:30 pm on April 16 (flights that depart just after midnight on April 17 are also good choices.) Individuals needing transfers at other times will be responsible to pay for their own transportation to and from the airport. Registration has been extended to February 29, 2024. A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of registration. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION PENALTIES Final Payment should be made by Jan 31, 2024 (or, if registering after January 31, please be prepared to pay in full immediately following registration). 25% of total tour cost will be charged if you cancel after February 7, 2024 50 % of total tour cost will be charged if you cancel after March 7, 2024. 100 % of total tour cost will be charged if cancellation occurs after March 21, 2024. DOCUMENTS A passport valid for at least six months after returning home is required. It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain, at their own expense, the documents required to enter Israel according to citizenship.TRAVEL AND MEDICA INSURANCE We strongly advise you to purchase travel cancellation insurance for your trip to Israel. Cancellation insurance for the cost of your tour package usually covers your expenses in case of cancellation due to unforeseen health and other issues (depending on the type of policy purchased). In addition, please check that your medical insurance covers you while you are in Israel. Israel College of the Bible Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, sickness, loss or damage to any person or property as a consequence of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances or other factors over which the company has no control and cannot influence to change them. Furthermore, Derech-El cannot assume any liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which is caused directly or indirectly by the COVID-19 virus, or any foreseen or unforeseen developments. Derech-El will not be liable to perform obligations under this trip agreement or liable for any loss or hardship arising from the delay or cancelation of scheduled tours resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, national disasters, embargoes, national closures, pandemics, epidemics, or other viral outbreak, shortage of supply, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, labor difficulties, wars or terrorist acts. Derech-El will provide trip participants with reasonable notice of delays or failure to perform that occurs by reason of force majeure. Derech-El reserves the right to cancel tours, or make changes to the itineraries, as it deems necessary or desirable – in accordance with Israeli government regulations, instructions, and recommendations. Derech-El will honor any refunds pending under its existing agreements with above-mentioned suppliers. It is recommended that each member of the tour purchase appropriate insurance coverage to the extent available with respect to risks associated with your travel to Israel at this time. Your registration shall constitute an acceptance of and consent to the above terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
