Changes in the price may occur, due to exchange rate fluctuation up to the date of final payment. The itinerary is subject to change according to weather and security conditions, or for the good of the group Payment and Cancellation Penalties for land package: The deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. Registration closes September 1, 2021 (or earlier if the tour is full). Final Payment is due by September 10, 2021. 25 % of total tour cost will be charged if cancellation occurs 45-75 days prior to departure. 50 % of total cost will be charged if cancellation occurs 44-15 days prior to departure. 100 % of total tour cost will be charged if cancellation occurs 14-0 days prior to departure. Cancellations must be made in writing to be valid. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. DOCUMENTS A valid passport is required with an expiry date at least six months after date of returning home. It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain, at their own expense, the documents required to enter Israel according to citizenship. (US citizens do not require special visas to enter Israel).TRAVEL INSURANCE You should purchase medical insurance valid in Israel for the duration of your tour. In addition, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which should cover your expenses in case of cancellation due to health and other issues (depending on the terms of the insurance purchased). TRAVELER FITNESS The tour itinerary requires each participant to be in good health and be able to walk. Unfortunately, some sites are not accessible to people who have limited mobility.
